Reservation Policy – The Spiti Villa, Tabo

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations at The Spiti Villa are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation
email or voucher. Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through authorized travel partners.

2. Advance Payment & Payment Methods

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount must
be paid either before arrival (via online mode) or at the property during check-in. Accepted Payment
Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Cash. For bookings made via third-party
websites, full payment as per their terms may be required.

2.3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: From 2:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Children & Extra Beds

Children below 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children aged 6 to 12
years are charged 50% of the adult rate. Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
Extra beds or cots are available on request and subject to availability.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 15 days before arrival: Full refund (after deducting transaction/service charges).
Between 7 to 15 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Within 7 days or No-show: No refund.
In case of Natural Disasters or Road Closures: Full refund or date rescheduling (subject to
management discretion

6. Modification of Bookin

Date or room modifications are subject to availability and applicable rates at the time of change.

7. Special Requests

Requests such as view preference, early breakfast, or special arrangements will be accommodated
wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

8. Policy Updates

The Spiti Villa reserves the right to amend policies at any time. Guests are advised to review the
latest terms at the time of booking.
